Cestari Super Fine Organic Merino - $22/4oz skein

- Worsted weight, 5sts/in Size 7US needles, 210yds/4ozs

Cestari Super Fine Organic Merino... The name really says it all.  This yarn is Super Fine in that it has everything a fiber lover

could ask of a yarn.  It is soft, durable, organic, and glides through your fingers while being knit or crocheted.

The finished garment has lovely drape to it and is durable enough for toddlers, and soft enough for newborns.

Knitted Example of Cestari Super Fine Merino:

 Willow Merino - $21.50/4oz skein

-Worsted weight, 5sts/in Size 7US needles, 250yds/4ozs

Willow Merino is a very sturdy 3-ply yarn with a nice, uniform and smooth texture.  This yarn has the benefit of being

very resistant against pills and being quite soft.  Garments knit with Willow Merino hold their shape better than any

merino wool I've found and items knit with it look nearly new even after heavy use.

Blue Faced Leicester (BFL) - $21.50/4oz skein

-Worsted weight, 5sts/in Size 7US needles, 210yds/4ozs

BFL yarn is a luxuriously soft yarn that is a joy to knit with.  The wonderful drape of garments knitted

with BFL yarn cannot be beat. This yarn pills only mildly and they are fine enough that shaving is a breeze.

BFL is very strong and hold up well to the most active toddler and is also soft enough for the youngest of babies.

Gaia Bulky Organic Merino - $20/4oz skein

-Bulky weight, 4st/in Size 9US needles, 153yds/4ozs

Gaia Organic Merino is incredibly soft with a silky texture.  It is also extremely strong which makes it perfect for knitted

items meant for use by children.  It does pill initially, but over time and after a few shavings the amount of pilling reduces

substantially. Gaia Merino is a luxury yarn through and through.  It can't be matched for softness and it is a breeze to knit with.
